I have ordered this over a month ago and haven't recieved the item or any updates. USPS also says they never recieved the item. I reached out a week ago and still haven't heard anything.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear your item had not been delivered as of yet. You reached out via email on December 7th and the same day our support team replied to let you know that your item would be refunded to your account via Jane's support team as we did not have the ability to process refunds on our end. Dec 10 we received confirmation from Jane the refund had been processed as we requested. Unfortunately due to seasonal timing and inventory stock we were not able to reship a secondary item but did refund so you were not charged for an item you did not receive.
