I was sent the wrong romper, and when I reached out to the seller, I was told they don't do exchanges and that they could provide me with a refund if I paid for return shipping. The wrong romper I did receive didn't seem like the highest of quality either.

It’s very unfortunate that you based your review on the error you made and because you were upset for making a mistake you left a bad review. As we told you and showed you, you were sent the exact item you ordered. Unfortunately you check out with option 15 when you should have ordered option 5. All of our items are clearly Mark with their number for our customers convince. Under Janes rules we are not responsible to cover return shipping. If it was our error we would, but it’s out of our control that you ordered the wrong product. Usually we do not offer refunds but offered this option seeing it was a mistake made on your part. All of your emails as well as ours were given to Jane support and they said as well it is to bad that someone who has made a error and been offered a solution leaves one star review because they are upset with themselves and did not get their own way.
