Never received my item. I purchased it on November 25th and the order still says processing. After a week of checking the shipping number that said “currently awaiting package,” I emailed the company. It took 5 days of back and forth emails with vague responses like “we’ll take a look and get back with you tomorrow” before I called. They claimed it shipped out on December 1st so I needed to contact USPS, but USPS never got the package to ship. So I called the company again, and they told me they shipped through a company called Pitney Bowes. Come to find out, Pitney Bowes doesn’t even do shipping. It’s been an entire week of trying to fix this issue and they are still not willing to help. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I bought 6 tops because it was such a good deal, but I should have known better.

I have gotten lots of compliments on my gold three layer necklace. The chain does have a couple of kinks in it, but it is well worth the money I paid.

I am so happy with both dresses. I was worried the material would be thin (I've gotten burnt before-not from this seller), but it's actually a somewhat heavy, very soft material.

Runs ever so slightly big, but love the thinner material and looks great on. Cannot wait to wear it to my work Christmas party! I am 5'6" 145 and got a medium.

Site said ships in 4 days. Processing page said would ship by Nov. 30. It is Nov. 8 and it has not shipped. Riah Fashion refuses to refund my money. Jane.com said they would but have now stopped communicating with me. I have filed a claim with PayPal. So disappointed because I have bought other items on this site from other sellers with no issue but if Jane.com will not back up their word and give refund I will never shop here again nor will I suggest it to others. I would NOT purchase from Riah Fashion.

I ordered this on November 25. Said it was supposed to ship in 3 days, my credit card has been charged, and nothing has shipped. I have contacted seller 2 times by email. I really wanted these tops before the holidays. I am giving it another day or two and will cancel my order. I am very disappointed as I am new to Jane and all the other orders I placed I have not had a problem with.
