Took it out of the package and it immediately fell apart in 3 places
Contacted seller after being notified item was delivered to let them know I did not receive it and was told to look in mailbox.... no other response or offer to reship or refund

I ordered this around the end of November, and my order has been missent twice. I’ll be lucky if it comes in by Christmas. So much for the fast shipping.

This sweater was way too long and fitted. Photos showed looser fitting sweater with button back. And not the best quality.
I have NOT received my order; I am very disappointed! I really hope it comes in before Christmas! I’m sure I’ll love them once they come in! I still have not received my brushes. I contacted the seller by email and got no response. I also forwarded the message to Jane.com and no response.
