Have it as a birthday gift. It was a big hit!

So soft and comfortable...

The quality of the bag was great; however I ordered 5 bags and only received one bag. I sent an email letting them know their error to which I got an immediate response. They wanted a picture of the package and product I received, which I sent immediately. I waited several days and got no response so I emailed them again. They responded claiming they had missed my previous email and offered to replace my bags with what they had in stock. I chose a different pattern and said I would accept those. Never got a response or received any bags. Sent another email asking if they were sending bags or if I would get a refund. Never got a response. So if you like that product make sure you only order one at a time because they can’t count.

I thought the fabric was less light .
