Shipping took quite awhile, but product seems great!

I wish there were more stars to give a more precise opinion. This is a beautiful wallet, especially for the price, but you also get what you pay for. When it arrived, something had punctured the plastic which also made it's way through the zipper. I was going to send it back, but I was able to carefully match up the zipper to get it unzipped. I would like to give this a four because it is definitely great for the price, but I don't think it will last too long. I may come back to update my review if possible if my wallet does well in every day use.

Took them 3 & a half weeks to finally ship just 2 dresses, along with me emailing them 3 times about it! Bad customer service. Plus, the dresses are large to size. I got a small, fits more like a medium. Sad to say but definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Received this dress and it had/has a hole in the seam of the right sleeve 😔 So much for a Christmas outfit.

Beautiful delicate bracelet. Runs a little big though. I have a large wrist and it still slides down my arm a few inches. Bought one for my sister too and she loves it as well.

I ordered 3 of these brush sets as Christmas presents. I received 2 out of the 3. I will say I contacted the seller immediately and at first, I received a quick response asking for a copy of the invoice and picture of items. I did so within the next business day and then followed up a few days later. I am still waiting for a response. I understand its a busy time of the year, but these were going to be Christmas presents and now I'm left with the unknown and/or having to go buy something else.

My item took over three weeks past the delivery date, and that was only due to multiple emails. I haven’t even opened the poncho fully, just enough time to get it in a box, wrapped and back out in the mail.

Very soft, pretty scarf. I ordered the beige but got a rust color. However the rust color is really nice so I am keeping it. I have gotten lots of compliments on it.

I have contacted the seller back and forth 9 times I ordered this back on 10/11/17. They originally stated they did not have the color I ordered. I said that was fine give me another color. Last contact from them was on 12/4 stating they were checking with shipping department. I emailed them 2 days ago because I have not received anything back from them. Still no answer. I just want my $ back at this point. This was for a gift. It's to late now. I order from Jane all the time. Never had this bad of service.
