Emailed 2 or 3 times asking for a status update as they were "processing" for weeks, with no change. Finally canceled my order since they didn't seem to care to respond or send me the actual product. Whenever I see them selling something on here now I cruise on by, even if it seems cute.
We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we had problems with the quality of the pillow covers we received from our supplier that had to be rectified. We have changed to a new supplier and our pillow cases are simply gorgeous now. We advised all of our customers regarding this delay. I am sorry to hear that our emails must not have gotten through to you, sometimes they inadvertently get sent to your spam folder.
NEVER RECEIVED PILLOW COVER. SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND. DONT WASTE YOUR $$$
Haven't received. And e-mail was sent by seller last week saying they haven't received the shipment yet. Not sure why they are being posted again on Jane.com for sale when they haven't yet resolved the orders placed on Dec. 16th, 2017???
Worst customer service. I have been trying to reach them for weeks now with no response.
Would leave a 0 Star if I could. Still have not received and information from the seller 6 weeks later and am not able to cancel for a refund.

As far as receiving a refund, we offer all of our customers a full refund at any point in the ordering process if they are unhappy. I believe you might have misread the terms and conditions on Jane.

These prints are the BEST! Amazing quality and just perfect. I’m working on a gallery wall with our decade anniversary trips. I’m adding Missouri because that’s where we got married. I previously purchased Hawaii and Paris and they are perfect too. I can’t wait if a Bahamas one is created, then I’m good till the next decade! Lol!!! Thank y’all so much!!!!! Tammy 😊
