I ordered the pillow covers on Dec. 31 my account was charged I have not received the items. I did receive an email stating they were on back order, then I saw them for sale again on the website. Would like to know what is going on.
Beautiful & looks even prettier in the rustic frame I purchased for it. Thank quick delivery & affordable!
Cute print, but card stock that it's printed on is thin and flimsy.
Order my pillows almost a month ago and they still haven’t shipped. I emailed the seller to find out why it was taking so long and they said it’s on back order. Little disappointed it’s taking so long.
We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we had problems with the quality of the pillow covers we received from our supplier that had to be rectified. We have changed to a new supplier and our pillow cases are simply gorgeous now.

DO NOT ORDER THESE! I ordered the cases on December 16th and they were expected to ship out December 25th - it is not January 16th and they still are saying "PROCESSING". I emailed the seller and Jane.com and the seller said they have not received the shipment (so I'm not sure why they are trying to get more orders) and sent me a coupon for their website...which doesn't even have pillowcases. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Hi- the only reason we delayed was to fulfill your order in the best condition. We issued you a full refund but you'll still receive your order 'for free' just like the other ladies who wrote similar reviews and received them for free and sent emails to thank us. None of them went back to change their reviews. So I won't be rude but wait until you receive your delayed pillow for free, I'm sure you won't write anything like this in the future. Thanks - Kurt
Never received my pillow cover, never received a response to my email asking where it was. This was supposed to ship out almost a month ago.....nothing from the seller.
You've been issued a refund and you're receiving your order for free, you're right, 100%, I buy on Jane or online and it's very frustrating not to receive your order on time, I'll make it up, I promise. Many thanks
Loved the prints, vibrant colors and soft. I didn’t notice any issues with craftsmanship, as a seamstress I am usually careful at stress points. However from pillows on the larger size to more squishy- they all look great!!
Mistake on item, waiting to receive instructions on returning! Still no word, what do you think!
