I've been waiting almost two months for my order... the ship by date was the end of December 2017 and it still shows "processing". I've attempted to contact the seller to cancel my order with no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM REFINERY NUMBER ONE!better off throwing your money in garbage than purchase anything with them. If I could give ZERO stars I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They don’t return any messages. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried contacting via email and phone. No luck. My first order came damaged and since I was unable to contact seller JANE had to refund me. I reordered only because this is s perfect gift for s friend and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve left numerous messages and no luck for over a week!

My 3rd order and they never disappoint.
Have never received yet! Over 4 wks
Ordered 2 pillow covers on Jan 21st with what said to be an estimated ship date of Jan 28th. They created a Pre Shipment on Jan 25th so I assumed it was about to be on its way. On Feb 2nd I emailed the email provided and told them when I ordered and basically asked what was going on and that I wished to put them out before Valentine's day. They quickly replied back to me saying "We had to back order the goods due to quality issue. The goods are arriving late this evening (2/2), we will ship everything tomorrow (2/3). I emailed back 4 days later on 2/6 asking for an update and mentioning if they were "shipped on 2/3" then I should have an update on USPS/ FEDEX. Since this last email I have sent, I have been ghosted. no reply and no update. At this point I would like a refund, or be compensated part of my payment to them. I am ready to be done with them and no order from this company again.
I love these pillow cases and the print however, I have yet to receive them. When I emailed the Seller, he got back with me right away citing quality issues and assuring me they would ship the next week.I appreciate their honesty but that was the same excuse I got at Thanksgiving when I tried to order pillow cases from them. They still have not shipped and I haven't gotten an update about the pillow cases. I am really looking forward to getting them so I can decorate with them.
I ordered pillows weeks ago. They should have shipped around Jan 24th and if I click the tracking, it says that a label was created on Jan 25th. I would love for someone to contact me about refunding my money.
