I never received my order.
I ordered 8 Valentine’s pillow covers on Jan. 21st. My order status as of today, Feb. 7th still says “processing, estimated ship date Jan. 27”. Emailed the seller and haven’t heard back yet. Next step will be asking for a refund.
Like others, still waiting, emailed but no response. Don't order from this company, can't fulfill their orders. Too bad.
Literally have emailed the seller 6 times!! 6!!!!!! About getting my order! They told me they would priority mail me my order and I have it within 2 buisness days after asking them where it was after the 4th!!!! Email. I’ve asked for a refund. Still no order still no refund! Done!!!!! I will not order anything off of here again if I do not have my money or my order! This is the worst experience I have had with Jane and I am plain out done!!!!!! Someone needs to give me my money back!!!!!!!!!!

Never received merchandise and was given a run around and finally he stopped responding to my emails.
Worst customer service! I never received my items and i emailed them several times and never heard back- they took my money and everything! Very frustrating- I’ll never order from them again! I just want a refund!
