I have waited for a month for this bag and contacted the seller to inquire about the "processing" status. No response from the seller. This was supposed to be part of a birthday gift. Went through the Jane website and cancelled the item.

I purchased 3 of these , only received 2. Very thin cheap material. It’s been over 3 months and NO refund or late shipment of 3rd bag. Do NOT order from this company. It’s a very sad excuse to run a company. For 4.99 it’s not worth the hassle and headache of trying to get the last bag. Seems like these people don’t know what they’re doing or this business is a cover to do something else ?

I sent an email on 5/16/18 to Refinery One AND Jane.com and have not received a response. I recently purchased 3 watercolor prints from your this company-1) Florida; 2) Hawaii; and 3) North Carolina. I don't believe the quality is as it should be or is as advertised. While I know this is a print and not an original painting, there are noticeable grid lines where the print looks pixilated and even one of the Hawaiian Islands is so blurry you can't see what it even is. Could the quality be better? Could they be reprinted and resent? Would the canvas print for the same price be better quality? Thank you, Kristin
