Love it!
I ordered this May 15, and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed the seller, who said it was packaged and ready to ship on June 4, but still no movement today, on the 7th...
These are absolutely beautiful! The only thing I regret is not getting a bigger size. Love them!
The print has not yet arrived. The tracking number has said pre shipment since May 27th and it is now June 7th. I emailed the seller who said it was packaged and shipping 3 days ago, still no change in tracking. :(
My order took 3 weeks to process, 3 contact emails went unreaponded, Jane customer service was zero help, after researching the seller company I contacted their customer service in which I was told they fired their employee and would ship expedited and credit my order. Neither of which occurred. Never doing business with either company again.
Took a long time to ship. They did send out an email about the delay. Packaging it came in was nice and sturdy. Overall very pleased just a little disappointed with the amount of time it took to receive.
I ordered this product on May 15th it was supposed to ship May 29 and has yet to be updated or shipped.

Definitely can tell it was printed off a printer, not painted.
Beautiful prints and great quality paper.
The pictures I ordered took 3 weeks to get here. Expected shipping was way off. Quality isn’t as good as I thought it would be and the image on the canvas is much smaller than I anticipated The package was delivered bent as well. Overall I think my 3 stars is a generous rating from my experience.
I ordered this item on April 28. It is now June 7 and I still don't have my bag.
Megan hi - You're right we delayed the order due to quality issues, that's why we refunded all our customers and shipped all orders for free, regardless how large the orders were. Now we have them all in hand in perfect shape, we can ship them out earlier than promised. Hope you're enjoying your tote bag. We are very sorry for delaying your order, we hope we finally made it up to you!
