I was very disappointed by this product. The poster paper was huge. But the watercolor painting was ridiculously small. It just looks awkward on the paper. I have no idea what to do with it now. I guess I will cut it to a more appropriate size, but that seems to defeat the purpose of having bought a poster sized print.

The order came in wrong, and the picture that was right was so washed out at one side you couldn’t even see it. I contacted the seller, he said he would replace no problem. That was over a month ago, recontacted him and haven’t heard or seen anything.

Prints were very good looking. I like that they are printed on heavy quality paper. They are the perfect size for my wall. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping took a little longer then quoted. But they were in contact and emailed me about the delay.

The prints unfortunately arrived very wrinkly, but the seller quickly refunded our purchase and we appreciated his customer service.

Not happy with this seller. I waited 3 weeks for my prints. I finally contacted Jane support for help. They reached out to the seller who apologized and explained there was an issue with mailing my items. He asked Jane support to refund my money since it was his fault and he will still send the prints to me for free. Well it’s been over a week and still no prints. I contacted Jane support to advise them he was not true to his word-they gave me a $10 credit towards next purchase. Kudos to Jane support for all they did for me. Wish I could say the same for the seller. Update- 2 weeks after I wrote this I got an email from the seller expressing how sorry he was. Again I was told I’d be getting a shipping label that day and a gift certificate to their site. I never got anything. I emailed seller asking to be honest with me and will I be getting anything promised-no response.
