I never received this order and have not received a refund after I requested one

I never recieved my purchases, my credit card was charged but I have not received a refund. I emailed Refinery Number One, Inc and messaged the company on facebook and have not had a reply from them yet. I am very disappointed.

These are just “ok”. Some of the music notes are triangle shape. So weird! Not sure if I’ll even frame them or not...

Received the wrong order (wrong quantity and incorrect items) and haven't received a response from the seller after multiple attempts emailing them over the course of a week. Jane customer service is stepping in, and is trying to help since all I get from the seller is radio silence.

These are darling! It was hard finding frames to fit the sizes, so I took off one star. I had to cut the edges to make it fit a frame. Other than that, I love them!
