The item sent was described perfectly.

I love these prints. But they sent me the wrong print... TWICE! I was never able to get a hold of the actual seller at all but Jane.com did. I was surprised by a package in the mail but disappointed when I opened it and saw the mistake again. :(

Low quality

I ordered 6 prints, and I am very happy with 5 of them. One of them arrived and is printed in red ink for some reason and looks very strange. I have now contacted Refinery Number One six times via email, as well as once directly through their website contact option. Jane.com has also contacted them to rectify the issue, and no response has been received. I have been trying to contact them for 7 weeks with no success. I only want a corrected print, as I’m very happy with the other ones, but I’m very disappointed in the customer service and lack of response to multiple attempts at contact. I will not buy from this seller again, despite liking several more of their products, as I’m afraid I’ll encounter a similar experience and be stuck with something I can’t use.
