I never received my pillow covers. I have contacted the company and have not received a response.

Tote bag material is very thin. Additionally, I ordered two tote bags and only received one. It’s been a few days and I’m still waiting for a response from the seller.

This company was horrible. They sent me the wrong pillow case covers and I emailed then 4 or 5 times and they NEVER responded to help me fix the situation. I would never order from them again!

UPDATE - I initially would've given ZERO stars, but after corresponding with the owner, he did do his best to remedy the situation. I did receive the rest of my order plus a bonus. Bags are great - bright colors & cute designs. Thank you Refinery Number One for addressing this issue --------------Same issue as the Christmas bags they sell - never received & all they do is send you a generic "please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your inquiry" & then they fall off the face of the earth. Both myself & Jane reached out to this company (for the Winter bags & now the Funny Totes) with NO RESPONSE letting us know the status. I did leave a comment on Jane regarding the previous order & the seller FINALLY responded saying there was a quality issue & that they would send me my order free of charge as a courtesy...shocker....never received that either. SO - lesson learned, shame on me. They looked like cute bags - too bad.

I bought the Christmas tree with the blue background pillow covers. They are beautiful they feel rich and expensive and I just love them and I’ve gotten many compliments

Surprised - great fabric and quality assembly! Very, very nice. Thin I'll get at least one more - bought 2 and love them both.
