Received incorrect pillow case and haven’t gotten a reply to my email regarding an exchange or refund in 48 hours now...

I ordered 4 flags as gifts and they were shipped fast. It didn’t even take a week and the flags are just as pretty as the picture.

Ordered prints on 11/3, said they were estimated to ship by 11/19. My tracking info still says “processing”. I reached out to the company to see if they could help me track down my order and I got an automated response saying they would respond with in 24 hours. That was on 11/29, today is 12/1 and I still have not gotten a response. I’m going to request a refund from Jane. I don’t have time or money to waste with companies like this. It’s unfortunate that Jane has these kinds of sellers on here.

The pillow covers themselves are beautiful- seem to be good quality. However- two of the covers (that happen to be the same design) are at least an inch smaller on all sides. The pillows I bought the covers for are the same size and those two covers will not go on. I attempted to contact Refinery Number One,Inc. directly three different times after seeing their note asking to allow them to satisfy their customers before going to the Jane site- besides their auto email that says it may take 24 hours to respond, I have yet to hear back. VERY disappointing since the covers themselves are lovely. Customer service at its worst.

I ordered 2 bags, and only received one. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times but have not heard back from anyone regarding the second bag. I am very unhappy with this.

Ordered Style 5. Was expecting red reindeer (since this is advertised as a Christmas pillow). They are orange. I was not pleased at all. ****However, seller was extremely helpful & quick to remedy my issue! I will definitely buy from them again!****

Did not love it when I got it. Can not get seller to respond for return.
