I have contacted seller several times with no response. These would have been perfect for a co worker’s Christmas gift. Although I ordered them several weeks in advance and told they would ship in time on 12/7... today is the 14th and they still have not shipped. I needed them this weekend. Now I had to purchase another item for my coworker. Communication would have helped me greatly.

I ordered wrong design and contacted customer service and asked if they could correct the order. I got a response back quickly, stating that the item will be corrected. I received the item on 12/14, with the wrong design. The pillow cover is not a burlap fabric, it’s a cheap silky like material. Amazon has burlap farmhouse pillow covers for the same price + free shipping

I ordered two canvases on separate orders. The second one got to me, but the first hasn’t even been shipped yet. I need this by Christmas. Tried emailing, got nothing in return. I’m happy to change my review if they ever get back to me or just ship the canvas. EDIT: emailed AGAIN! I’m pissed. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I did not receive my entire order and it seems they were short staffed over the holidays. But Kurt went above and beyond and made it right. He truly embodies customer service. The totes are great quality and really fun!
