Like many others, I’m very disappointed that these items still haven’t shipped. Ordered 11/27. Expected to ship 12/7. No tracking update since 12/6. No email communication other than an automated reply to my email asking for an update. This was ordered in plenty of time to be part of a Christmas gift. If things don’t go according to plan, you need to communicate that with your customers rather than going radio silent. I’m very disappointed. EDIT: the seller contacted me after I wrote this review. They refunded and sent my prints. I got them in time for Christmas, but not in time to have them framed. The prints are as advertised.

Tried to contact the shop multiple times about changing the sizes I ordered. Never heard back. Not impressed with the photos either.

Ordered November 28. Seller indicated items would ship December 4. Tried contacting seller on the 14th. STILL WAITING! AMENDMENT- The above review was seen by seller and promptly addressed to rectify the situation. Appreciating the respectful resolution and will have NO reservations ordering from this seller in the future.

I ordered the red buffalo check pillow covers and they were perfect for my Christmas decor.

Very cute, Christmas gift for my MIL.

My order was placed on 11/30 and was supposed to ship on 12/8. However it is 12/17 and the item still has not shipped. It is still marked processing and I have sent three emails to the seller with no response. This seller is not a reputable vendor, and they have not sent merchandise or a response as to why the item has not shipped.

I gave this item 4 stars because it did not mention that the back of item 2 and 21 are white material. I would have liked the entire pillow case to be the same material. However, they are right on in size and the design looks just like the photo.

I want a refund on my picture. The color is so lite you can hardly even see anything on the paper.

I still have not received item. Ordered on Dec. 1. Today is the 17th. Ordered as a gift for a co-worker and now it’s too late....I have to purchase something else. I’m super disappointed. *Update- Received word from seller, and was quickly refunded my money. Thanks!
