Incredibly frustrated with this seller and their lack of communication. Their product took a month to arrive. I emailed them twice regarding my order and never once got a response from an actual person. Both times I got an automatic email response that said they would get back to me when they could, but they never actually did. The product arrived two weeks later than the “estimated ship date” on their Jane listing. Taking a month to ship orders is bad customer service. But completely ignoring customer emails is even worse. Completely unacceptable behavior, as far as I’m concerned. I’ve never given a 1-star review before, but felt compelled to share my frustrating experience.

Dear Robyn - The shipping date is always mentioned in the deal and we shipped within the specified shipping time, this deal was not supposed to ship for Christmas, I am so sorry you’re disappointed with our shipping time, hopefully the quality is okay 👌
Ordered six prints on 12/13 and they were sent 12/26...delivered to a post office in Florida three days later. I'm in NC and live in a residence. :/ Customer service seems OK, but not really motivated to fix the problem. They say they resent it to me but it just keeps showing it's in FL yet. Still no items. My emails are going unanswered. Steer clear from ordering from these people - you won't get your stuff anyway!
Dear Shannon, USPS lost your order, we shipped it again and here’s the new tracking number 9400109898642680951423, it had nothing to do with us but we reshipped your order immediately last week, emailed your new tracking number and issued a full refund. We are terribly sorry on behalf of USPS :(

Still have not received my package, was supposed to be a Christmas present. Ordered it in November.
Not quite the quality I was expecting and took a SUPER long time to get (3 weeks), but they still look pretty in the right frame.
It took a while to get them but LOVE them
I ordered a picture about 6 weeks ago and still haven’t seen anything. I emailed them and asked if I could cancel the order and still haven’t heard back.
