I ordered for Christmas. I really liked the pillow cover but missing a name. I contacted the seller and was told a new one would be sent right away. That was in December and today is February 1, 2021. Still have not received the pillow cover.

I ordered the naughty list and received the nice list. All names were spelled right though!

Sadly I received incorrect names and my email asking for a corrected pillow was never returned. I’m pretty positive we’ve ordered from this seller before and I was happy with our previous order, totally let down with the second order.

This is the third pillow I’ve ordered from this vendor. The first two were perfect. For this purchase I knocked off one star because the graphic on this pillow which much smaller than shown on Jane and much smaller than the graphics on my previous two pillows. If this had been like my previous purchases, I’d give 5 stars for quality and speed of shipping.
