Great wedding present!!!

I received my pillow cover in a timely manner, but I ordered “Santa’s nice list” and received “Santa’s behavior”. (That wasn’t even an option, nor does it make sense) Also, the checked it twice at the bottom was printed wrong. I have sent two emails to try to get it resolved and haven’t heard anything.

My custom pillow came with only 3 of the 4 names that I ordered. I've emailed the company with no response.

I received the cover just now, a couple of weeks before Christmas and a name is missing that I requested , it was on the packing list. Sent a message a couple of days ago and still have not heard back from the seller.

Mine came with a black stain on the back of the pillowcase. I have emailed the seller twice and have yet to get a response. I would not recommend this company.

This item was stated as shipping out on November 30th. This is the reason I ordered it; so I’d have it out the entire Christmas season. By the 2nd week of December when it still had not shipped, I reached out to the sender. I never received a response. I still have not received the order. There are plenty of other small businesses that honor their word and care to respond to buyers’ emails. I won’t be shopping here again and can not recommend this seller to others.

I ordered a pillow with seven names on it (max was eight) and when it arrived a name was missing. They sent the receipt that had all seven names on it so I know that I ordered it correctly. I reached out to the company three times without any response. I’m out the money and now have a pillow with one of the grandkids name missing.

They messed up on my item and put two of the same name. Unable to get a hold of sender. So I am out $ and can’t give the gift with two names on it.
