Good quality

I don't have a problem with the lanterns but the shipping I did have a problem with. Both lanterns arrived broken in different degrees. That being said, the seller did make it right & sent replacement pieces. I just feel like this could have been avoided if there had been some cushion in the packing.

Really pleased with purchase. Did take a little longer to ship than what was estimated. I ordered these for Christmas gifts and I was worried that I would not get them in time. I spoke to the company's customer service and they made sure I would receive my order in time. Unfortunately when I did receive my order and of no fault to the company, a couple of the glass panes were broken. The items looked very well packaged with lots of extra packaging to keep the glass intact. I'm sure it happened during transport. But I spoke to the company once I received the order with the broken glass panes, and they sent me new panes to replace the broken ones at no charge to me for the glass or shipping. The customer service employee was also very good at responding back to my emails quickly. I wish more companies would go above and beyond like this one did for me. Very pleased with my order and experience.
