So cute! I love my personalized case

This case is beautiful. My only gripes are that the opening for the charging port is a little small, so I have to take the case off to charge. The volume buttons are also stiff, so it takes a little more pressure than I'd like to adjust the phone's volume.

There were a few problems with my order so it took an extra long time to receive; however, I was like their customer service was stellar! They responded quickly when I contacted them, they fixed the issue and when I did finally receive the item it looked amazing. It does have the burnt smell some refer to but it's understandable given the product. Let it air out and it gets better.

The quality is great and its beautifully made . The only issue I have is that it smelled awful....like burned wood..obviously and was covered in black soot. I’m sure the smell will go away eventually. And I do love it so all is well!

Beautiful case, I've gotten nothing but compliments and amazed comments about it! Buttons lined up and work great, charging cord plugs in no problem, no bad smell (just a faint campfire smell if you get really close). Minus 1 star because a) does not allow for wireless charging through the case, and b) it popped on easily but also feels like it could pop off or loosen easily...

The wood work on the case is beautiful. The only problem is the front of the case the flush to the front of the phone, so it doesn't provide any protection to the screen if dropped, so I haven't been able to use it!

Product itself is great! Unfortunately, it took about a month to arrive.

Very nice design. Not quite as sturdy as I would've liked. Switched phones shortly after purchasing so didn't get to use it :(

Great product. Except the hard case has me a little worried for phone protection, wish it contained some rubber on the edges

Beautiful wooden case! Lots of compliments so far. I had to do some work on the opening for my charger cord to fit. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. I love it!

Still smells like burnt wood. Half of my chargers won’t fit into my phone with the case on. Very pretty and made well
