I bought two the first time and then bought two more when they came back

I loved this, and if it was for me, it wouldn’t be a big deal. However, I bought it as a gift. The lettering was off center, and the opener itself was not centered. Like I said, if it was for me, no big deal. I love handmade things with character. But trying to impress for a gift didn’t work so well for me.

Love it, but I wish it had an opening for the volume buttons

Was shipped almost a month ago after waiting 3 weeks for it to ship. Still haven't received it. Seems to be lost somewhere in the mail. Would like my money back. So I can't really review the product cause I don't have it. Seems other people are unhappy also. Have emailed the seller and still no response.

I was disappointed that there was not a 's on my name on the mug for husband. I inserted my name thinking the ending would be on the mug correctly.

My first initial was the big letter when received and there was no date on it. It is just a bottle opener I suppose. It took longer to receive also. My husband left for Japan before I got it. 😞
