These turned out great and had fast shipping. However, I ordered 4 sets and only received two. I emailed the seller 4 days ago and have heard nothing.

I ordered 2 spoons and when they were delivered 1 was chipped on the end. I sent them an email right away(2/7/18) and they offered to redo and send another one. I needed this item for a bridal shower gift. I order this gift in plenty enough time to receive. Today is 2/26 and I do not have my gift and the shower was 2/24/18. POOR SERVICE!!!!
I am giving this shop a 1 star more for the customer service than the quality of the product. I accidentally ordered 2 for the same wedding (I’m in 2 in May) and immediately emailed when I realized not a couple hours later asking to change the personalization and was told it could not be done that the order was already processed yet a week late it’s not even shipped yet. So now I will be stuck with 2 of the same cutting board, pretty disappointing. I will not order again
Just got my coasters!!! Shipping was pretty fast, and the coasters are just beautiful!!! I absolutely love them. Will be ordering a few more in the future :)
