The personalize was good but only a portion of the personalization was stained- portions of it can't be seen because it wasn't stained. Very disappointed- this was a gift! Poor Quality!

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. This beanie is nice in every way except in what makes it special, the MONOGRAMMING. IT IS AWFUL. The plastic overlay or whatever it is called, was left in tact on the monogram in some places. I was able to peel it off in most spots, but not in all. Where I was able to peel it off it made the fabric look a bit frayed (as in a sweater after its been washed a couple of times). I put in a request for replacement or refund with Jane customer service. A replacement was sent. IT WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE! I have now put in yet another request for a refund from Jane customer service and wish me luck with that! Learn from my and the mistakes from others if you will read other reviews who experienced the exact same problem. Any company can make a mistake or have a faulty product, but to do the exact same thing twice is a company that places more value on quantity instead of quality.
