Very cute. I ordered one for a Christmas gift and liked it so much I ordered another one for a gift

I ordered 3 personal ornaments for Christmas. I received them today, and the package was badly damaged. 2 out of the 3 are badly broken. I was wondering how to move forward?

Bought for a Christmas present and it came very quickly for a personalized item. I think my daughter will love it

This was the right size but the letters were peeling off straight out of the package. I was disappointed. I am glad I purchased for myself and not as a gift.

Just received and the head is wiggly and it feels like you will get splinters just from holding it.

I received the wrong mat the first time, I emailed them, not only did they reply quickly, but I received the correct one quick too.

This will be a much appreciated present. One comment I have is the wood engraved lettering should be a little darker color. Mine is a medium/light brown color. Otherwise it was an affordable, personalized serving board.

I highly recommend this product. I ordered this as a wedding gift and very pleased as to how it turned out. It's beautiful! I will definitely order from Qualtry again.
