Great quality
There was a mistake in the initial order. I sent an email asking how to correct the problem, which they responded with a link to their FAQ’s. I sent another email responding saying this was not what I needed I needed help correcting the problem and never heard back from them. I contacted Jane after a month of silence, only to receive an immediate response. They did correct the mistake and sent a new one.

After reading other reviews I knew the item was a little on the small side but I think it is a perfect size for what I was looking for. The engraving was so precise and centered and just perfect. I’m so happy with my purchase and may buy more as wedding gifts are needed in the future. I highly recommend.

I received the product without the correct monogram, but I contacted the company as soon as I received my order and they produced and shipped my corrected order very quickly with no hassle. If it weren’t for that hiccup, I would have given 5 stars. The product is very nice quality. I would order through Qualtry again.
Not sure if I received the correct size. I ordered an extra small but it is very large. Even when cinched up as small as it will go it is still too big. When let out all the way it is 14” long which will fit a good size dog. The embroidery on it is kinda sloppy too. Not worth paying to ship it back.
