The wine tray itself would have been beautiful, but the packaging was not effective. The box was filled when broken glass when I opened it. Shards of the glass were all over the tray, and I needed to carefully clean it off. Then upon further inspection, it became clear that the wood of the tray had been broken and split open on the side.

The zipper is VERY hard to get open or closed. The print is beautiful, but the zipper doesn’t work properly.

They didn’t take the time to center our name!!!!

Name is off center and th frame is bent it doesn’t sit flat on my counter. There were pieces of glass inside the lantern as well
