The box itself with the design and personalization is beautiful! We haven’t used the materials inside as it is a Xmas gift. The black holder that holds the items was not super glued well on one of them so it came out a bit as I peaked so see the inside, but nothing I can’t fix myself! Love the product overall!

After reading the reviews, I was EXTREMELY hesitant about ordering this because it was for a gift, but I am one of the lucky ones. They both came in perfect condition and the lettering was centered and straight!

Perfect for traveling

Looked nothing like the picture - the letters were off-center and the vinyl was bubbled up. It was shipped to the wrong address and took forever to arrive, only to have it look horrible.

Well made luggage tags, but they take a very long time to ship and not until you email the company do they notify you that they have ran out of the specific color you order.

The first collar I ordered ended up being too large, yes I used their measuring guide. The company went above and beyond to make it right. It fits my poodle perfectly. Thank you!

The vinyl W was not all smooth. It has several rough areas. I got this for a gift for my daughter n law and son. The Lantern is pretty though, just not pleased with the vinyl work

The lantern is as expected- I knew it would match my others perfectly, that’s why I bought it. The problem I have is that the monogram & name are not centered at all. I am actually really disappointed in the item because of that.

The printing wasn’t in the center of the glass, it’s font was bubbled and peeling already when I received it.. Update sent me a corrected lantern

I just recieved my personalized lantern and I love it. It's exactly what I expected and I can't wait to use it on my deck!

I ordered two of these. One monogram was backwards and the other one was not centered at all. I will be returning an not ordering again.
