Very thick and beautifully embroidered - bought a couple and then reordered for gifts when the deal was offered again!

The vinyl W was not all smooth. It has several rough areas. I got this for a gift for my daughter n law and son. The Lantern is pretty though, just not pleased with the vinyl work

The lantern is as expected- I knew it would match my others perfectly, that’s why I bought it. The problem I have is that the monogram & name are not centered at all. I am actually really disappointed in the item because of that.

The printing wasn’t in the center of the glass, it’s font was bubbled and peeling already when I received it.. Update sent me a corrected lantern

I just recieved my personalized lantern and I love it. It's exactly what I expected and I can't wait to use it on my deck!

I ordered two of these. One monogram was backwards and the other one was not centered at all. I will be returning an not ordering again.

Giving this as a gift. The board looks nice and even with engraving didn’t take long to ship. My only issue was the personalized engraving has some cloudiness around the family name. It doesn’t look horrible but it’s definitely noticeable and not as clean as the ‘standard’ image you chose.

Runs on the smaller side, but good product!

When I got the lantern it was broke. I would like return it for a new one if possible.

I was sent someone else’s lantern. I have not been contacted to get my actual order!

One of the letters wasn't all the one on the lantern. The o in our last name is half missing
