They put two of my grandkids names on the same line .. nobody contacted me prior .. weird?

My lantern was not personalized correct. The company I bought it through has been great working with me but We cannot get ant where with you.
Name on glass was not centered. Got a replacement but it wasn’t the correct colors.
My first lantern was broken so I emailed the company and they responded right away. Sent me a new lantern and it arrived unbroken! That is great customer service! Thanks to those guys! Oh and the lantern was beautiful!
I love it! It is smaller than I thought but it's great! I bought it as a wedding gift. This is definitely more a decorative item than what I think you would actually use
