Love this bought for a cute nick nack to go on a shelf and it looks great.

Still haven’t received them.

The wording on the ornament was not quite centered and small for the size of the ornament. I contacted Qualtry, and I believe that they are going to redo it. Haven't heard back yet. I will update my review if pleased.

Ordered two hammers for Christmas gifts. I only received one. Emailed to hopefully get other item with no response

Nothing to write home about.

I ordered 4 of the Christmas Cutting Boards in October and received them quickly only to find that the date on all 4 were wrong. I contacted Qualtry and while they responded quickly, they would not commit to when the order would be replaced and shipped. Each time they said "we are working with our production department and will provide shipping information soon" -- for 3 weeks??? Afterward I read other reviews basically saying the same thing. I emailed them multiple times and gave them three weeks to give me some type of shipping date which they never would. Finally I had to get a refund as they are very unreliable. I would not order from them again.

Still have not received. I had to reach out to see where it was and they told me they would resend. No further communication from them on updated timeline or new tracking number.

Have never received. Ordered 9/24/19. Says it will ship by 10/8/19. Today is 11/19/19. Tracking number provided 9374869903504165963539 yields "No results."
