I guess I didn't pay attention that the letter Monogram would be silver. The black looks a bit more harsh against in it person than in the photos. Also, the film where they lay down the monogram was still all over the towel; some of it sticking straight up. This should have been removed before shipping as it looked really cheap when I opened the package - thank goodness this didn't go directly to the recipient! Overall the towel is nice and the monogram style looks beautiful, but I wish the seller took 5 minutes to make it look like a finished product before sending.

I love this pillow cover with my grands name on it.

I received my pillow cover in a timely manner, but I ordered “Santa’s nice list” and received “Santa’s behavior”. (That wasn’t even an option, nor does it make sense) Also, the checked it twice at the bottom was printed wrong. I have sent two emails to try to get it resolved and haven’t heard anything.
