Nice quality. Better than I expected.

Just as expected

Ordered this as a gift for my dad from his grandkids. Came with one of the names incorrect. Reached out to customer service and was told they would send me a new one and I’d receive it before Christmas. Nothing came. Reached out to Jane bc no one was getting back to me at this point. They write me back saying they’ll issue me the refund and still send product bc of what had happened. To date I have not received the corrected product.

Not very good quality at all :(

I had issues getting this item to me (they said there were some backorders) but when arrived it was very cute.

I received the wrong pillow, which I understand mistakes happen, however, it was a Christmas present and despite reaching out to the seller multiple times I never heard back. I finally contacted Jane and it’s still in the process. So no special Christmas present and still have not received correct pillow.

Nice quality, the printing is professional, but I would say the names are smaller than. They appear in the photos. I had four names printed on mine, and in each font there is a lot more white space on the pillow than what shows here. I wish the names were printed larger. Other than that, cute cases! Great gift idea!
