Arrived broken in pieces, never heard back from seller

I got all my grandchildren one for Christmas and they are thrilled! Awesome quality and came with all the art supplies! Highly recommend to Art Lovers!!!

After reading all of the one star reviews I admit I was very concerned about buying from this seller. However, I had no shipping problems, and the hammer is of good quality. I bought this engraved hammer as a birthday present, and I know my friend will love it. There is only one thing that I would warn you about- the engraving. Within a year, I would bet the engraving will have worn off of the hammer. A couple of the letters aren't engraved very deeply into the wood to begin with. To keep it from fading I would recommend putting a slice of packing tape over it to keep the engraving from rubbing off. Still yet, it's so darn cool I would buy from them again.

Just as expected

Ordered this as a gift for my dad from his grandkids. Came with one of the names incorrect. Reached out to customer service and was told they would send me a new one and I’d receive it before Christmas. Nothing came. Reached out to Jane bc no one was getting back to me at this point. They write me back saying they’ll issue me the refund and still send product bc of what had happened. To date I have not received the corrected product.
