The product was okay but the personalization was upside down on the decanter. They did refund my money immediately but then zi had to order another set from a diffeeent vendor which did not show up in time for Christmas.

I loved the serving board but I wish the engraving was outlined in black like the picture shows. You cannot see the letters very well at all. Otherwise very happy with it.

We are glad that you are happy with the board you purchased. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

The decanter is nice but the engraved letters on the ball/lid looked nothing like the picture. It was much smaller and very lightly written letter. The sellers we’re understanding and have a full refund.
