Beautiful hats. I was sent two of each....I think because the first pair were baby hats ( much smaller than I ordered) with the monogram fonts reversed( I ordered 2 hats with specific monogram and one hat had the others monogram on it and vice versa). Then I got the right hats.inthink that's the reason why they told me they were backed up and to not send multiple emails, the nerve.the back of where the monogram is done is kinda sloppy( peeling paper) but it looks good from the front.

I love personalized items and this pillow is perfect! It came just as I ordered it and shipped quickly! I would buy from this seller again!

This is the third pillow I’ve ordered from this vendor. The first two were perfect. For this purchase I knocked off one star because the graphic on this pillow which much smaller than shown on Jane and much smaller than the graphics on my previous two pillows. If this had been like my previous purchases, I’d give 5 stars for quality and speed of shipping.

I ordered these mugs on 12/9 as a Christmas present and they have yet to even ship.

Wrong name on pillow case. It should of been Emerson not Emerald.

This was better than expected. My husband absolutely loved it. I bought one of these through swanky badger and it had nothing on this decanter. This one was better overall.
