This beanie is super cute and i love it so much I bought it as a birthday gift for a friend The reason I give it 3 stars is because the monogram still had plastic in between the print I had to take a pic and scrape off the plastic for the monogram to look clean cut I also had to remove paper that was still stuck on the back of the monogram It's this lack of attention to detail that really is disappointed in the product

Nice Would buy again

Lantern is nice quality but I am disappointed that lettering has some bubbles or something wrong with it, it's not smooth. Hoping it holds up as time goes on because it's a Christmas gift Also, despite being secured in bubble wrap, one of the glass plates arrived broken on one edge. Luckily it doesn't show once inserted, but still hate that it's broken. No sign of the broken piece in box, so it may have been shipped that way. Didn't realize it would arrive in pieces and assembling those glass plates made me nervous that I might damage it further!

One came in slightly bent on the corner and I did not contact for replacement but overall happy with product. Great job on the personalization.
