This arrived pretty quickly. The price was great for a custom piece. I loved the size and can't wait to gift them for a wedding gift. When my package arrived, it only had one hot pad instead of two. I contacted the sellers and they responded the same day that they would resend a new one right away. This would have received 5 stars, if the complete order arrived right away. Edit: While they were quick to respond to their mistake, it took over 3 weeks to receive.

Well, it says that it's for 2 hot pads. I only received one. Contacted seller, hopefully they send me what was advertised It's cute, I just want the 2. .

Theses are real cute BUT I ordered a set of two, which is how they are sold,and only received one!! I would like my other one also!!!!

I was surprised that these need to be assembled with the glass pieces but I'm assuming that is safer for shipping. It was a quick assembly and tgey are beautiful. Ill definitely beooming at ordering more.

Good product but one of glass stain was bad quality and had bubbles in the glass.

This going to be a Christmas gift, when I showed a friend she wanted to order one for herself. It’s beautiful done. The material is not rough, it’s soft. It is 18x18. It’s a nice size for a bed pillow, or couch.

Ordered 4 different colored/monogram beanies for my god-daughters and they are beautiful! Great quality! And even better price!
