This is amazing Awesome Christmas gift for grandparents I loved the quality !!!

I haven't received my package as of yet, so I can't rate the quality of the product. However, I am rating based on the costumer service. I reached out to the company and Lauren responded promptly. I was afraid that my item wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Lauren reassured me that their company is working along side with the delivery company to get the products out in timely fashion. After her response I felt much better. I checked the tracking number again and it is now showing that it should arrive on 12/23. I'm sure I will enjoy the product just as much. Update: I received my package on 12/23 and I absolutely LOVE it! It is a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves art, so it hasn't been used as of yet. However, the engraving and the quality of the case and supplies is SUPERB! I would order from this company again and definitely recommend to a friend.

I have contacted this seller twice with no response and I have still not received my order. I purchased this on November 25th. I need it for a Christmas gift and have contacted the seller asking when it will be here with no response .
