I purchased this item as a Christmas gift December 3rd. As of December 7th it was in Georgia Now December 21st, I still haven't received I tried to contact the seller and have gotten no response I definitely will not order from them again....

Ordered this product on December 1st and took 3 weeks to get. BUT ended up receiving someone else’s order. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now I have no idea where my order even is. And I’m sure whoever’s shipment I received is upset too. I sent an email 3 days ago and haven’t heard back from the seller. So disappointed. Wanted to support small businesses but this is just wrong.

filled my pillow with the filling, zipped it up and the zipper broke!!! Do not recommend this product!!! Not good quality.

The customized portion of this was 'chipped' so the last name wasn't all there. Very disappointing.

I haven't received my package as of yet, so I can't rate the quality of the product. However, I am rating based on the costumer service. I reached out to the company and Lauren responded promptly. I was afraid that my item wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Lauren reassured me that their company is working along side with the delivery company to get the products out in timely fashion. After her response I felt much better. I checked the tracking number again and it is now showing that it should arrive on 12/23. I'm sure I will enjoy the product just as much. Update: I received my package on 12/23 and I absolutely LOVE it! It is a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves art, so it hasn't been used as of yet. However, the engraving and the quality of the case and supplies is SUPERB! I would order from this company again and definitely recommend to a friend.
