My only complaint is the pillowcases pill up. For the price it's worth it as I'm constantly changing the covers anyways.

Beautiful bags...a little thinner than expected, but I'm pleased with the product.

I only ordered two names. The text was small and the spacing was awful. I would not display this in my home. I contacted their customer service and they basically said too bad you don't like how it turned how, we can't change it. Not buying from this seller again.

I recommend the product but I do not recommend the seller I've purchased from other sellers without an issue I purchased this product from this particular seller and put in my initials correctly when I ordered it I received the product with the initials stitched in the incorrect order. I emailed them with a photo of what I received and received an email back with a screenshot of my order, and the directions on how to place your monogram for certain prints I replied that my entry was correct but the product was not and the directions did not include the "stacked" print I asked for. I never received another email back from them and no offer to fix it

Update- product is well done. Shipping was extremely slow but the company did respond to my inquiries.

Poor quality. My name is spelled wrong and customer service will not help me fix the issue. The lantern material is cheap looking. Does not seem like the same as pictured upon order.

Adorable. Worth every penny! My kids love them and they got lots of compliments as well. To be used for many years to come.

They left off "EST" on the two sets of hot pads i ordered, but would not replace the item for their mistake They offered a refund but then wouldn't respond to me when I confirmed I wanted a refund I had to go through Jane customer service to finally fix the issue

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift December 3rd. As of December 7th it was in Georgia Now December 21st, I still haven't received I tried to contact the seller and have gotten no response I definitely will not order from them again....

Ordered this product on December 1st and took 3 weeks to get. BUT ended up receiving someone else’s order. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now I have no idea where my order even is. And I’m sure whoever’s shipment I received is upset too. I sent an email 3 days ago and haven’t heard back from the seller. So disappointed. Wanted to support small businesses but this is just wrong.

filled my pillow with the filling, zipped it up and the zipper broke!!! Do not recommend this product!!! Not good quality.
