My order finally arrived with a huge hole in the bottom of the wood There's no way I can give this as a gift The box was not damaged so it was packed and shipped with the hole Contacted seller and still haven't heard back Do NOT recommend

Unfortunately accent letters are not printed! Mine arrived without being checked after printing I would have appreciated at least the letter without the accent, instead of the entire letter missing Luckily they happily refunded but now I have to find replacement gifts
