I ordered 2 on 11/25 and still have not received. Tracking said it shipped 12/10 and it was in my state a week ago! One more day left to get on time to give to my mother in law but I'm not holding my breath. Won't be ordering from this site ever again!

This is great quality! I filled it with 2 18x18 pillows to get it full and fluffy.

Ok so I did receive my pillow case on time, however I ordered 6 names to be on mine and by the looks of the pillow examples shown all 6 names should have been flushed to the right side They left one name out and put it over to the center of the pillow for some reason! Also, it looks like they wrote the names on the fabric with a sharpie! I'm so disappointed and am NOT gifting this to my mom!!! .

Absolutely horrible customer support Per support my item was completed 11/29/20and according to USPS d did not shipuntil 12/13/20 s Still have not revived my item and it is "lost"somewhere I'd love my money bacThis was supposed to be for my daughter for Christmas but not anymore k

Ordered a month ago with the hopes to give as a Christmas gift. It hasn't even shipped yet and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Very disappointing.

The name and design were as shown. The bag itself was so thin, not the heavier weight canvas. I gave as a gift but has to buy something else to go with as the bag quality was so poor.

They arrived so fast. And they was perfect! I didn’t get the Christmas one so they could use them all year long but it was a hard decision. Loved them so nice.
