Name spelled wrong and your companies customer service basically sent me an email saying it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Will not be purchasing from Jane again.
The board is gorgeous but it wasn’t packaged well and was broken down the middle upon arrival. So sad.
Item did NOT meet my expectations. I've purchased similar items that were much better.
This item came completely off-center. I will not even be able to gift this to the couple we purchased it for. I am wanting either a complete refund or the same item replaced. Very dissatisfied.
This showed up cracked in half, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the seller as well as Jane over the past 3 weeks with no response it was a wedding/ anniversary gift to friends and needless to say a huge disappointment as they pulled it out of the box and it feel to pieces… not happy to say the least..
It's nice but I somehow ordered the wrong one that I wanted. Nice for a wedding gift with wine in it.
