3 stars because I wanted the lettering to be darker like in the picture - my lettering is very faint. But, it is cute and I like using it.

This company is awful. I ordered the buffalo plaid Tree Farm design pillow as a Christmas gift. The personalization was completely different than the design and it ran into the design so you couldn't read it. I contacted them and they were sending me a replacement. They sent a completely different pillowcase with a truck on it. I again contacted them and in detailed emails showed the photos of what I ordered and what I received. They said they would send me a replacement. I just opened it and it is the truck design again. They are a personalization company. I literally don't understand how they function as a company if they operate this way. I waited to post this review to see if the situation would be rectified and it has not. I requested a refund and a replacement. This is the second time I requested a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
