Cannot wait to display this at our wedding reception. Lantern looks great! Shipping was fast.

It was broken... I sent a message but no one has replied!! I have requested a replacement... I even sent pictures!! Still no response... it was an anniversary gift!! The product was beautiful but the item arrived broke!

It’s nice but one of the panels on the bottom corner broke I’m hoping it doesn’t make the panel fall out

I received my Lantern and the glass was broken and the metal frame badly bent. I contacted the company by email and sent pictures of the damage. I still have not heard back about a refund. It’s completely unusable and damaged beyond repair.

The personalization on this product was amazing but when the lantern came in the mail two of the glass panels were broke and the metal base was bent, causing the lantern to be lopsided. I’ve tried to contact the seller and they have yet to get back to me.

Beautiful case. Love the detail but the smell coming off of it is awful. It has a bad chemical smell. I'm not sure if I can use this....

The quality is beautiful. However they misspelled the word kitchen. Ordered this for my mother for Mother’s Day. I had to give her a spoon that said “Loretta’s kiitchen.” I didn’t realize it until she opened the gift. I just trusted that it would be spelled correctly lol. My wondering is how did it get shipped without anyone at the company noticing this? Other than this, the product was great and lovely. :(
