Still awaiting my phone cover

I purchased this for my son for his 11th birthday. The case is lovely and I know he will treasure it forever. Art supplies are of fair quality, but I don’t mind that they are not super fancy since he is still so young. When he is older he can invest in the “good stuff”. Ha. This is a fun present.

I would give them no stars if I could. I haven’t received the phone case yet and it was scheduled to ship over 4 weeks ago. I’ve emailed them and have heard nothing from them. Don’t use this company!!

There were a few problems with my order so it took an extra long time to receive; however, I was like their customer service was stellar! They responded quickly when I contacted them, they fixed the issue and when I did finally receive the item it looked amazing. It does have the burnt smell some refer to but it's understandable given the product. Let it air out and it gets better.
