I am giving this shop a 1 star more for the customer service than the quality of the product. I accidentally ordered 2 for the same wedding (I’m in 2 in May) and immediately emailed when I realized not a couple hours later asking to change the personalization and was told it could not be done that the order was already processed yet a week late it’s not even shipped yet. So now I will be stuck with 2 of the same cutting board, pretty disappointing. I will not order again

I ordered 2 spoons and when they were delivered 1 was chipped on the end. I sent them an email right away(2/7/18) and they offered to redo and send another one. I needed this item for a bridal shower gift. I order this gift in plenty enough time to receive. Today is 2/26 and I do not have my gift and the shower was 2/24/18. POOR SERVICE!!!!

Great quality. Fast shipping. Received one that was a misprint, I emailed company and received the correct one very fast. Friendly and helpful company. Will definitely recommend and buy again in the future.

These turned out great and had fast shipping. However, I ordered 4 sets and only received two. I emailed the seller 4 days ago and have heard nothing.

I purchased the Hamsa wooden case- it is beautiful. I hope to purchase more of these when/if they are offered again! Excellent quality!
