My pillow case was misprinted and I contacted Qualtry to have this problem resolved. They refused to help me get the item fixed and had very poor customer service. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchase and I would see that they have over 1000 one star reviews. Now I have a garbage pillow case that I was hoping to be a grandmother Christmas gift.

This is the 4th pillowcase I've ordered from this vendor and I'll be buying more. I always get asked where I got it so I recommend it frequently. Excellent quality, arrives quickly, and makes a unique gift that is well received.
